ABOUT
Created over a weekend in 2025, Eight is a 50” x 60” abstract work painted over an older piece, using a mix of house paint, acrylics, and collage elements. The process behind this one was different—more intuitive, more layered—and you can see that journey unfold by scanning the QR code on the print. The number eight has always held meaning for me. It symbolizes balance between the material and spiritual—an endless loop of energy and intention. In Chinese culture, it’s also seen as the luckiest number, tied to prosperity and abundance. This painting felt like it came through me, more than from me—building itself up piece by piece, guiding my hand until it was complete.
